Service Description

Let me help you demystify your upcoming birth. Sometimes all it takes to calm your mind and body is a little bit of knowledge about what your body is capable of. I currently offer private sessions, but will soon expand to group classes. Private classes will be held in your home, and be completed in two, 1.5 hour sessions.
